An interior architectural project for a new apartment building (designed by local architects), overlooking the ocean.

The design comprises an entrance lobby, communal area and 96 apartments.

The use of natural materials for the apartments, accompanied by a natural and magical use of light, gives these spaces a sophisticated elegance.

The open plan also permits the enjoyment of the space in a free and personal way, maximising the ocean view.
